An account manager’s secret weapon
Full interaction and purchase history for every customer.
Happy, loyal customers are worth their weight in gold. Provide a great customer experience and look forward to repeat business and free word-of-mouth advertising. When a customer calls, you can quickly locate them on Clarity Go and see a full history of notes from all calls, meetings – as well as their quotes.
Sort your contacts into useful lists
Surpass customer expectations with the right content at the right time.
If someone hasn’t placed an order in the last three months, why not get in touch with a useful offer? Simply filter the relevant companies in your system and create a list. Or, if you’re heading to an exhibition, invite customers in the local area. When you add or import contacts to Clarity Go, they’ll go into the lists to which they belong – automatically. It’s easy to export these lists to upload them to your email marketing engine.
Contacts (CRM) features at a glance
Helping you with GDPR compliance – coming before May
Record when and how you obtained consent with Clarity Go.
We are currently working on a few GDPR-inspired features. When you add new contacts, for example, you’ll see some standard fields. These are designed to help you capture data required under the new data protection regulation. You’ll be able to enter when and how you obtained consent, what the consent is for, the version number of the privacy statement your customer saw, where you got the data from and any third parties with whom you’ve shared it.
