Clarity Go is cloud-based software – like Netflix and Gmail. Your data is stored on Clarity Go's servers, which are hosted in UK Fast's secured building in Manchester. UK Fast are one of the UK's leading hosting providers. You can see a specification of their data centre here: www.ukfast.co.uk/data-centres-infrastructure.html Access to Clarity Go's server is protected by a dedicated hardware firewall, which is maintained separately to our servers.
All customer connections to Clarity Go are encrypted using the latest SSL technology, ensuring that all data passed between you and the server cannot be read or interfered with by a third-party. This happens when you use the application in your browser, when data is passed back and forth in the sync to Clarity Pro in your office, and when using any other third-party integrations.
All access to your data in Clarity Go is accessed via a secure login, which can be reset by you at any time. User passwords are hashed and individually salted, meaning even if the database is compromised, no-one can gain access to your password, including us. Administrative access to Clarity Go's servers can only be made using secure encrypted connections, using passwords known only by a select handful of dedicated engineers working at Touch Systems' offices, and which are routinely changed.
Regular backups of all data held within Clarity Go is taken for the purposes of disaster recovery. There is a 28-day retention policy for data used for the purposes of activating the sync, after which this data is removed. We reserve the right to access your data in Clarity Go for the purposes of diagnosing issues.

We currently have one tariff called Go Far, with another one being added in summer 2018 called Go Further. Go Far is £30 a month per user for the first five users, then £18 a month for every additional user. Go Further, when it’s released, will be £50 a month per user for the first five users, then £30 a month for every additional user.
Clarity Go was first released in around 2010 as a cloud-based add-on of our server-based quoting, CRM and production software – Clarity Pro. But working closely with our customers, we’ve found that Clarity Go can be a hugely powerful system all by itself. Many small businesses simply need a quick and easy way to quote and manage their customer database.
Our design and development department have rebuilt the system – giving it a brand-new easy-to-use interface based on a material design framework (formulated by Google). It is way faster, more intuitive and the development roadmap prioritises highly accurate quoting and estimating – for anyone that needs to create quotes on the go.
We have quite a varied customer base, ranging from sign manufacturers and printing houses to beauty therapists, fabricators and golf equipment suppliers. Clarity Go is perfect for anyone that needs to quote on the go, whether you’re the company owner, a tradesperson or a salesperson.
There are tonnes of new features in Clarity Go version 3, compared with version 2:
- Quotes as email attachments
- Quoting dashboard
- Collaborative editing
- Quote and payment terms template
- Quickly set custom quote terms
- Instant quote preview
- Customise quote emails sent from Go
- Search contact list
- CRM timeline
- Company logos
- Customer spend/rejection analysis
- Agenda view in activities
- Improved monthly activity view
- Keyboard short-cuts for common actions
- Click to edit
- Global ‘add’ button
- Contact list preview on the same page
- Colour coding
- Instant quote preview
Ease of use
You’ll notice that ability to send out bulk marketing emails from Clarity Go isn’t included in the latest version. However, if you currently use Go to send email marketing, you can continue to do so until we introduce an API with Mailchimp towards the end of the year.
Clarity Go is owned by Touch Systems. We are also behind the server-based CRM, quoting and production software, Clarity Pro. As such, we have over 20 years of experience in building software that makes quoting as fast, easy and accurate as possible.
Our offices are in Solihull in the Midlands (near Peaky Blinders territory) where locals refer to themselves as ‘Silhillian’ – you learn something every day.
Of course. Just fill in our contact us form and we’ll be in touch to arrange a demo over the web.
You can complete any CRM and activities actions on the mobile map, such as: add, edit and search contact details and schedule calls, meetings and tasks. When sales management is launched early 2019, you’ll be able to complete all these actions within the app too.
Bear in mind that when you use Clarity Go on a tablet, you can do everything you can do on a laptop or desktop.
